Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a bold, creative, and strategic Global Social Media & Community Manager to shape Hormona’s voice, grow our digital community, and bring fresh, engaging content to life. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social media, has a sharp eye for content and aesthetics, and constantly thinks about new, creative ways to captivate followers and create a strong community.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Planning, Brand Strategy & Execution
- Own Hormona’s global social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), with a focus on engagement and growth.
- Plan and manage weekly content calendars—from ideation to execution—ensuring alignment with our tone, voice, and brand values.
- Monitor emerging trends, platform updates, and digital culture to keep Hormona at the forefront of innovation.
- Consistently think outside the box to bring fresh, creative content ideas to the table.
Influencer & Ambassador Network
- Build and manage relationships with micro-influencers and global ambassadors to co-create authentic, community-driven content.
- Develop and oversee ambassador campaigns and creative partnerships that build trust and brand visibility.
Community Building & Engagement
- Engage daily with our audience across channels—responding to comments, encouraging conversation, and nurturing loyalty.
- Lead community-focused activations like live events, Q&As, challenges, or takeovers to deepen connection and drive retention.
Brand Partnerships & Growth
- Identify and develop brand collaborations that align with Hormona’s mission and elevate our global reach.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and content teams to craft high-impact, awareness-driving campaigns.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track performance across all platforms, using insights to continuously refine strategy and boost content effectiveness.
- Stay on top of competitors and audience behavior to ensure Hormona’s content remains relevant, useful, and engaging.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in social media, brand, or community roles—ideally within a startup or consumer brand environment.
- Demonstrated success growing and engaging brand audiences across multiple platforms.
- Deep understanding of social trends, digital culture, and content strategy.
- Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
- Passion for women’s health and community-led growth.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Creative and photographic skills (a major plus!) to shoot, edit, and publish high-quality social content
