Responsibilities:

🎨 Content Creation & Design

  • Design high-quality, on-brand visual content for social media, email, digital campaigns, and more
  • Produce short-form videos, motion graphics, and static assets for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

  • Maintain visual consistency across all digital and brand touchpoints

📱 Social Media Focus

  • Collaborate on social media content calendars and campaign planning
  • Stay ahead of trends and translate them into visually captivating, high-performing content
  • Create real-time content during launches, awareness days, and events

💬 Community-Focused Visuals

  • Design visuals that promote engagement, education, and conversation
  • Co-create content with influencers and ambassadors for authentic community representation
  • Turn complex hormone-health topics into easy-to-understand, impactful visuals

Qualifications:

  • Recently graduated in graphic design, digital media, marketing, or a related field
  • Good knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma
  • Interest in photography, video creation, and editing (apps like CapCut, Lightroom, or Premiere Pro a plus)
  • Enthusiastic about social media trends and storytelling
  • Passionate about women’s health and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
