The Role:

We are looking for a Head of Operations to accelerate Hormona’s global expansion and embed a strong commercial focus across the business. You will lead strategies that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability while actively managing and scoring commercial partnerships. You will also be the right hand to the CEO – managing priorities, driving alignment across the team, and ensuring the most important things get done.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial management: budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and P&L ownership, with a focus on revenue growth
• Develop and implement scalable operational processes that drive both efficiency and commercial performance
• Build financial models to support pricing strategy, subscription growth, and monetization opportunities
• Partner with commercial, product, and marketing teams to align operational and financial goals with revenue-generating initiatives.
• Identify, develop, and manage commercial partnerships, scoring opportunities based on strategic fit, revenue potential, and growth impact
• Oversee supply chain, vendor relations, and fulfillment to support cost efficiency and profitable growth
• Implement KPIs and dashboards tracking both financial health and commercial performance, including partnership outcomes
• Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board, providing data-driven insights for growth, IP monetization, and market penetration
• Ensure compliance and operational excellence within a regulated healthcare environment
• Support fundraising initiatives with investor materials, financial models, and due diligence

Qualifications:

• 7–10+ years in operations, finance or strategy roles—experience in management consulting, healthcare, or consumer businesses preferred
• Strong commercial acumen: pricing strategy, financial modeling, revenue optimization, and performance metrics
• Proven success scaling customer-facing initiatives with measurable business impact
• Experience building and managing commercial partnerships, including scoring and prioritizing opportunities
• Experience building scalable operational and financial systems to support high-growth businesses
• Track record in fundraising, capital raising, and investor relations
• Expertise managing legal, compliance, and operational risks
• Comfortable working within a regulated space and navigating healthcare compliance requirements
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable commercial insights
• Passion for women’s health and alignment with Hormona’s mission
