Hormonious Flo is an AI powered menstrual wellness coach that provides menstruators with personalised nutrition, exercise and task management recommendations to achieve a symptom-free menstrual cycle. We evaluate menstrual wellness and lifestyle with a health coach backed questionnaire that helps identify the root cause of symptoms. Then we provide practical recommendations with grocery plans, meal plans, exercise routines and task planning. In addition, we track lifestyle progress and symptoms daily and adapt recommendations to achieve symptom-free menstrual cycles and maintain it. We have partnered with a junior NHS doctor, nutritionist, and fitness trainer to provide science backed recommendations and constantly improving programs for different problem areas such as acne, painful periods, inflammation and weight loss.
