Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Partnerships Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in driving strategic collaborations that align with our growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in financial institutions, tech companies, and telecom industries.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development

• Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships that support Hulugram's vision and goals.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the financial, tech, and telecom sectors.
• Collaborate with partners to develop joint initiatives and campaigns that drive user engagement and business growth.

Strategic Planning

• Contribute to the development and execution of Hulugram's strategic plans and initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on potential partnerships.

Project Coordination

• Support the management of key projects related to partnerships, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor project performance and assist in implementing improvements as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership development roles.
• Proven experience working in financial institutions, tech companies, and telecom industries.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
