By integrating Behaviour AI, Computer Vision, and Large Language Models (LLMs) into Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), we provide cutting-edge solutions designed for both aftermarket and OEM/line-fit vendors. Since achieving product-market fit in July 2023, we have successfully deployed over 5,000 units, and obtained seven patents to protect our innovative position. Now, we are in the exciting stage of further scaling our presence in this rapidly expanding market.

We are now looking for a pre-sales Engineer to contribute to this next phase of growth.
We’re looking for a someone who can act as a bridge between our engineering and sales teams. You have experience supporting computer vision, SAAS AI software and/or software development kits with relationships in the mobility sector.

What you will be doing
You will be responsible for all aspects of pre-sales and will support the sales team by providing deep technical expertise and solution guidance during the sales process, helping clients understand the value of our HDAS (Humanised Driver Assistance Software) Product.

Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Focused Technical Solutions Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs using BANT qualification to align solutions.
  • Deliver technical presentations, demos, and workshops, and proof of concept showcasing our offerings.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact during the pre-sales process addressing queries and managing stakeholder expectations.

Proposal and RFP Management

  • Lead technical RFPs, RFIs, and proposal responses, ensuring alignment with industry standards (ISO9001, ASPICE, etc.).
  • Work with engineering teams to create tailored responses and adapt sales playbooks.

Customer Engagement Partnership Building

  • Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customer stakeholders, particularly with System on Chip vendors, Tier 1, OEMs and After-market suppliers, to foster trust and drive solution adoption.
  • Support customer evaluation of our SDK, demo-kit, and pilot projects to validate solution effectiveness and establish credibility.

Product and Technology Expertise

  • Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings and stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies.
  • Assist in the creation of tailored technical documentation and whitepapers to support the sales process.
  • Act as a feedback channel to product and technology teams to prioritize customer needs

Quality and Compliance Adherence

  • Ensure compliance to relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO9001, ISO26262, ASPICE, IATF 16949) specific to automotive and mobility sectors, and implement best practices internally.

Pipeline Management and Forecasting

  • Support pipeline development and management, qualifying opportunities using HubSpot CRM. and provide accurate sales forecasts using HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate with SDR and VP of sales to track and achieve key performance metrics.

About you
We are looking for someone who is a Saas Sales “Swiss Army Knife”, who will demonstrate solutions, address technical questions, and work closely with product teams to align our technology with customer requirements, thrive in a team selling model, and can support sales in a consultative manner.


Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales Solution Engineering, or Technical Support role in the automotive, Computer Vision, AI, or ADAS space
  • Proven experience working with ADAS, Computer Vision or AI Solutions.
  • Experience with customer-centric selling techniques (e.g., Challenger Sales, Solution Selling).

Technical Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of ADAS, Computer Vision, and AI technologies and their applications in the automotive sector.
  • Familiarity with BANT qualification and experience working within quality management systems (e.g., ISO9001, ISO26262, ASPICE, IATF 16949).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and experience managing multiple customer engagements.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

The role will involve large responsibility and autonomy within the company, and require the ability to work both independently as well as part of a creative core team of designers, data scientists, and engineers.
