You’ll work side by side with the founders, own the process from day one, and help shape Husk’s sales engine. What You’ll Do- Prospect and identify new leads using a mix of databases, tools, social selling, and creative outreach.- Run outbound campaigns (cold calls, targeted emails, LinkedIn, events, etc.) to generate pipeline.- Manage inbound leads — qualify, understand their needs, and convert them into opportunities.- Pitch Husk’s solutions, handle objections, and run product demos.- Collaborate closely with founders to build Husk’s sales motion and playbook from scratch.- Work hand-in-hand with marketing to provide feedback and refine campaigns.- Develop creative approaches to open doors and build relationships with startup founders.- Participate in regular pipeline reviews with the founding team to prioritize opportunities. What We’re Looking For- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or another outbound sales role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—both written and verbal.- Entrepreneurial mindset: you’re ambitious, resilient, and thrive in fast-paced environments.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Self-motivated, results-driven, and resourceful—you don’t wait to be told what to do.- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.- Startup experience strongly preferred.- Native/fluent in English and Dutch.
