Mission Statement for the Executive Assistant Role

To streamline the CEO's workload, ensuring smooth operational flow and accurate financial processing, while fostering a productive team environment and supporting broader business activities. Role Description

  • Title: Executive Assistant
  • Location: Dubai, UAE (Hybrid - Remote and In-Office)

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support to the CEO.
  • Manage and process expense reports and invoices.
  • Organize meetings, schedule appointments, and maintain effective communication.
  • Contribute to organizational workflow.
  • Oversee office maintenance, supplies, and environment.
  • Support business activities, including travel planning and logistical support.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems.
  • Suggest workflow improvements.
  • Assist with personal errands, travel and logistics.
  • Act as a liaison between CEO and other members of his personal and business teams.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests and responsibilities as they arise.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years minimum experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Excellent communication in English, both written and speaking.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and other communication tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in financial processing and office management.
  • Tech-savviness and willingness to learn new software.
