Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled full-time Solution Sales Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software (SaaS) sales to join our Global Solutions & Industries team which is on a mission to deliver growth. The ideal candidate will be autonomous and responsible for managing the sales funnel from demand generation using contact acquisition techniques tools and sales engagement platforms, to managing the sales cycle, delivering a world-class customer experience, building PoVs and business cases and securing funding and deal closure. The candidate will build strong relationships with international clients in his assigned targets industries & verticals. This role specifically will focus on customers within the manufacturing, building materials and milling / mining sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, develop, negotiate and close new business opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target key accounts and build a solid stakeholder management approach and robust sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute tactical territory plans and campaigns for SMEs
- Become a trusted advisor to prospects and customers by understanding their unique business challenges and demonstrating how Clarity can address their needs and unlock business value
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Accurately forecast sales activity and pipeline through the use of HubSpot including regular and quality opportunity & activity maintenance
- Be able to articulate value drivers, build business cases and deliver strong Executive messages that showcase business value
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, engineering, product, customer success) to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and materials
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in Enterprise Asset Management or Supply Chain Management
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong SDR / demand management skills.
- Strong understanding of asset operators and their challenges.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Very structured and able to execute regular demand generation activities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles as well as excellent problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRMs.
- Ability to travel regularly to customer sites (up to ~20% of time)
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience selling enterprise asset management software (EAM).
- Work experience in target industries.
- International work experience and additional languages.
- Experience working in a startup / scale-up environment.
- Practical experience in applying proven sales methodologies such as Challenger Selling, BANT etc.
