Position Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Rockstar (Specialist) with 2-3 years of experience

in software marketing to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate is tech-

savvy, particularly in AI-driven marketing automation, and can balance classical

marketing strategies (website, events, branding, content) with modern outreach

tools to generate demand and accelerate HyBird’s market presence.

This role requires someone who is data-driven, hands-on, proactive and has an AI-

first mindset. The idea candidate has experience working in B2B SaaS marketing,

particularly in industrial or enterprise software.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Growth Marketing

• Own and optimize HyBird’s website, ensuring a compelling brand presence and lead capture optimization in collaboration with our operations team

• Implement and manage AI-driven automation tools for lead nurturing, outbound marketing, and campaign tracking.

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.

• Optimize SEO and SEM strategies leveraging automation and AI to improve digital visibility and organic traffic.

• Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM integration, ensuring smooth lead

handover to sales.

Content & Branding

• Develop compelling content that aligns with HyBird’s vision and industrial asset management use cases.

• Create engaging materials such as case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and social media content.

• Ensure brand consistency across visuals, tone, and messaging.

• Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers when needed.

Events & Community Engagement

• Plan and execute HyBird Innovation Days, webinars, industry conferences, and partner events.

• Support event marketing strategies, including booth design, sponsorships, and customer engagement activities.

• Foster relationships with industry influencers and analysts to increase brand credibility and exposure.

Data-Driven Marketing & Reporting

• Monitor and analyze key marketing KPIs, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.

• Conduct A/B testing and performance tracking to refine messaging, content, and ad spend

• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in industrial software, AI, or enterprise solutions.

• Strong understanding of AI, automation tools, and digital marketing technology.

• Experience with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot), Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms.

• Experience with event planning, community building, and influencer marketing.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.

• A proactive, independent, and problem-solving approach.

Bonus Qualifications

• Background in Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Industrial SaaS marketing.

• International work experience and additional languages.

• Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment.
