Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Solution Consultant (PreSales) with a passion for leveraging the latest tools and AI to create tailored and inspiring client demos and experiences. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of technical expertise and exceptional communication skills, enabling them to translate complex solutions into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

This role requires a proactive individual who stays abreast of emerging technologies and applies them creatively to showcase HyBird's offerings. Experience in B2B software sales, particularly within industrial software, AI solutions, or enterprise platforms, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Discovery

· Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and tailor demonstrations that address specific challenges.

· Conduct in-depth needs analysis to align HyBird's solutions with client objectives.

Demo Development & Delivery

· Design and develop customized solution demonstrations utilizing cutting-edge tools and AI to highlight the unique value propositions of HyBird's unique platform.

· Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to clients, effectively communicating technical concepts in an accessible manner.

Technical Expertise & Solution Customization

· Maintain a deep understanding of HyBird's product suite and its applications across various industries.

· Customize solutions to meet client-specific requirements, demonstrating how HyBird's technology can address their unique challenges.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

· Work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to relay client feedback and influence product development.

· Support the product build phase of new features and solution capabilities in close partnerships with HyBird’s CTO.

· Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance demo quality and relevance.

Asset & Artefact Creation

· Develop high-impact sales assets, including whitepapers, PoVs, case studies and blueprints, to articulate the value of HyBird’s AI-powered solutions.

· Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to craft compelling narratives tailored to different industries and buyer personas.

· Leverage AI-driven content generation and automation tools to streamline the creation of engaging, data-driven materials.

· Ensure all assets are visually engaging, technically accurate, and aligned with HyBird’s brand and messaging.

· Continuously optimize and update content based on customer insights, industry trends, and evolving product capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills

· 3+ years of experience in a PreSales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consulting role within the B2B software sector.

· Proficiency in utilizing AI-driven tools and platforms to create interactive and personalized client experiences.

· Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex solutions effectively.

· Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and engaging diverse audiences.

· Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.

· Familiarity with industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Industrial Manufacturing as well as hands-on experience with Enterprise Asset Management solution (EAM) are a plus.
