Job description

Hydrosat is a space and data analytics company building a new Earth Observation constellation and software to unlock the power of thermal infrared imagery. Our mission is to capture and deliver high spatio-temporal resolution thermal infrared data, currently not available from other sources, to provide insights that benefit the environment, enhance food and water security, and serve other critical applications. Our downstream applications team in Luxembourg combines best-in-class remote sensing, machine learning, and cutting-edge fusion approaches to thermal imagery to deliver innovative and scalable solutions to the agri-food industry.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised HR Admin & Office Coordinator to join our HR team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of HR activities while contributing to a positive employee experience across the organisation.

You will report directly to the Senior HR Manager and work closely with them on a wide range of HR and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with employee relations processes, including documentation and follow-up of HR cases

  • Support the Senior HR Manager with HR coordination activities and general office operations /administrative tasks

  • Support CCO requests either directly or in coordination with Sr. HR/Ops Manager

  • Oversee day to day reception, office inventory, and related administrative items

  • Support employee relations processes, including documentation, case tracking, and follow-ups

  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of HR and organisational development initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws, internal policies, and audit requirements

  • Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role

  • Experience working as an HR Generalist/HR Coordinator is considered an asset

  • Prior experience in an international or multicultural environment is a plus

  • Fluency in English and French is required

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel,and Outlook

  • Comfortable working with HR data, reporting, and dashboards
