Hydrosat is a space and data analytics company building a new Earth Observation constellation and software to unlock the power of thermal infrared imagery. Our mission is to capture and deliver high spatio-temporal resolution thermal infrared data, currently not available from other sources, to provide insights that benefit the environment, enhance food and water security, and serve other critical applications. Our downstream applications team in Luxembourg combines best-in-class remote sensing, machine learning, and cutting-edge fusion approaches to thermal imagery to deliver innovative and scalable solutions to the agri-food industry.
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised HR Admin & Office Coordinator to join our HR team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of HR activities while contributing to a positive employee experience across the organisation.
You will work closely with the Senior HR Manager and the Ops team on a wide range of HR and operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day reception, office inventory, and related administrative items
- Support general office operations /administrative tasks for the Luxembourg & Netherlands offices, including ensuring stocking, vendor management, facilities coordination, and related matters
- Support CCO requests either directly or in coordination with Senior Operations & HR Manager
- Support employee relations processes and personnel requests incoming to the Operations team
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of staff and organisational development initiatives
- Support Office projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative office role or similar experience
- Supplies and vendor management experience
- Exposure to HR matters is considered an asset
- Prior experience in a fast-paced international environment is a plus
- Fluency in English and French is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel,and Outlook
- Comfortable working with office data, reporting, and dashboards
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
