Revenue Operations Manager
Operations
Luxembourg City, Luxembourg
Job description
Hydrosat is a space and data analytics company building a new Earth observation constellation and software platform to unlock the power of thermal infrared imagery. We deliver high-resolution thermal insights that help governments, defense agencies, and agribusinesses better manage water resources, agricultural production, national security threats, and critical infrastructure.
We grow through two distinct routes to market – government programmes, and commercial data and subscription products – and our Luxembourg office is home to the commercial functions that connect them.
We are looking for a hands-on Revenue Operations Manager to keep our global sales organization running smoothly. Using Salesforce CRM, you will manage our pipeline, forecasting, reporting, sales processes, and operating cadence, ensuring that leadership always has a single, trusted view of revenue performance. Your role is not simply to maintain systems, but to make them better: improving the quality of our data, increasing the efficiency of our sales organization, and giving leadership and investors confidence in the numbers behind the business.
This is not a back-office operations role. We expect our Revenue Operations Manager to be an active partner in winning business: identifying new opportunities, helping develop capture strategies and win plans, coordinating the resources needed to pursue them, and, when appropriate, contributing directly to proposals and other customer-facing efforts. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable analyzing data, improving business processes, and rolling up their sleeves to help the team win strategic opportunities.
Responsibilities
Partner with sales leadership to identify, prioritize, and pursue strategic opportunities by developing capture plans, coordinating internal resources, and contributing to winning proposals.
Own and continuously improve the revenue tech stack – Salesforce, sales engagement, enrichment, and analytics – including a scalable data model, seamless integration, and a single source of truth.
Build and run forecasting across the commercial and government pipelines, giving leadership a clear, cadenced view of bookings, ARR, and revenue.
Define Hydrosat’s go-to-market metrics and build the dashboards that align Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance around the same numbers.
Design, implement and continuously optimize the end-to-end sales process – stage definitions, qualification criteria, deal reviews – to shorten deal cycles and increase win rates.
Support the government contracting motion with pipeline and capture tracking, bid/no-bid data, and reporting on award and re-compete performance.
Refine ideal customer profiles, segmentation, and account coverage models using data rather than intuition.
Establish the data quality standards that make revenue reporting trusted by the board, investors, and the leadership team.
Build partner and reseller operations as the channel ecosystem grows, and drive adoption of new processes and tools across the commercial team.
Job requirements
5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Analytics in a B2B technology, SaaS, or data company.
Hands-on ownership of CRM administration and the integrations around it, plus strong BI skills and experience defining KPI frameworks for a go-to-market organisation.
Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce CRM, including custom objects, fields, dashboards, reports, workflows, and user permissions.
A track record of building forecasting and pipeline processes that improved accuracy, win rate, or sales cycle length – with numbers you can talk through.
Comfortable as the first Revenue Operations resource in a scaling company: building from scratch, prioritising ruthlessly, and doing the hands-on work yourself.
Excellent communication and credibility with C-level stakeholders and commercial teams alike.
Fluent English; based in Luxembourg or the Greater Region, or willing to relocate, and eligible to work in the European Union.
Nice to Have
Experience supporting both commercial and public-sector revenue motions, and an understanding of how differently they behave.
Salesforce Administrator certification.
Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, and with tools such as Gainsight, Gong, Salesloft, LeanData, or ZoomInfo.
A pricing transformation under your belt – new value metric, tiered model, rolled out across an existing customer base.
Background in geospatial, Earth observation, climate, or another deep-tech domain.
Benefits
Competitive compensation package
Stock options to share in Hydrosat’s long-term success
Fast-moving, mission-driven startup environment with real ownership
Hybrid work model with flexibility
EU visa sponsorship available when required
Attractive Luxembourg tax advantages for relocators + relocation bonus
Meal vouchers included
