What will you do?

• Partner with clients to achieve their strategic goals by creating relevant media content in the field of sustainability and climate-related issues (e.g., webinar, thought leadership articles, etc.)
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring the flawless execution of deliverables, maintaining and expanding existing relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage content, media distribution and optimize the client delivery process
• Ensure a seamless client experience, addressing any questions or concerns before, during, and after webinars
• Coordinate all logistics for webinars, from scheduling to technical setup and post-event follow-up

What are we looking for?

• A proven track record in client-facing roles, ideally within media, events, or digital services
• A detail-oriented multitasker who excels at juggling multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and nurture strong client relationships
• A proactive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt on the fly, with knowledge and a genuine interest in climate, sustainability, and environmental issues
• Bachelor's degree and excellent English speaking & writing skills
• Willingness to be co-located in our Venice HQ (accommodation provided)
• Legal Work Eligibility in Italy: Hold a valid EU Working Permit to proceed with this position
