🧩 The role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our small but mighty team. You’ll work closely with our Senior Engineers and CTO to build out core features across our platform. This role is perfect for a developer who’s confident in writing production-level code in Python and React, eager to learn from experienced technical leaders, and excited to grow their skills in a fast-moving, product-driven environment.

You’ll contribute to both frontend and backend development and get exposure to modern cloud infrastructure, microservices, and multimodal AI tools that power our video automation platform.

🔧 What you'll do

• Build and maintain features across our stack (Python, Flask, React)
• Contribute to scalable backend APIs and robust front-end components
• Collaborate with product and design to bring ideas to life
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews
• Monitor performance, debug issues, and ensure platform reliability
• Learn and work with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and retrospectives

🧠 What we are looking for

✅ Required Skills

• 1–4 years of experience in full stack development using Python (Flask) and JavaScript (React)
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles and web application architecture
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Docker, S3)
• Comfort with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and modern dev workflows
• Ability to work independently, manage your own tasks, and deliver on deadlines
• Solid communication and collaboration skills

💎 Nice-to-Haves

• Exposure to distributed task queues (like RQ or Celery)
• Familiarity with Kubernetes or container orchestration
• Experience with video, AI/ML workflows, or media platforms
• UI/UX sensibility or experience working with design systems
• Previous startup or small team experience
