Inside Sales Specialist
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients and customers, gathering information about them, and passing on these leads to the sales team. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and lead nurturing, and you will play a crucial role in the growth of the company.
- Researching and identifying potential clients and customers through various channels such as social media, online directories, and other online and offline sources
- Generating leads by cold calling, emailing, and using other methods to connect with potential clients and customers
- Qualifying leads and gathering information about their needs and preferences
- Building and maintaining a database of leads using CRM tools
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and campaigns
- Developing and implementing lead nurturing programs to keep leads engaged and interested in the company's products and services
- Analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and adjust tactics accordingly
- Providing regular reports and updates to management on the status of lead generation efforts and results
- At least 1 year of experience in lead generation
- Enthusiastic about working in a startup
- Attention to detail and accuracy
