Increment builds labor resilience for manufacturing and skilled trades workers through quantifying the ROI of shop floor training. The 250,000 US manufacturers have no transparency into what skill sets workers have, and workers have no transparency into what skill sets they need to gain. As a result, manufacturers actually lose hundreds of billions of dollars a year due to very retrainable errors being made on the shop floor, and workers do not have a path forward to upskill into future advanced manufacturing roles. We track when to retrain and upskill workers in real time, map those inputs to reductions in errors, and ultimately show the ROI of training through lowered production costs. Our foundation was proudly built in South Bend, Indiana, and we look to uniquely tie the disparate worlds of manufacturing with our backgrounds honed at top technology companies.
