Infranergy is an integrated clean energy and digital infrastructure firm that serves government agencies, investment funds, hyperscale data centers, utilities, and commercial clients worldwide. We develop, co‑own, and manage renewable‑energy assets; deliver federal, utility and distributed‑energy programs; and provide trusted Owner’s Representation for Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management (EPCM). Our scope spans utility‑scale solar and BESS projects, AI‑datacenter interconnection and power/cooling upgrades, substation modernizations, utility power‑generation and mission‑critical O&M, vegetation management, and rapid grid‑storm emergency response.
Mission
Keep Infranergy’s U.S. & Western-Hemisphere projects, vendors and calendars on track while acting as the CEO’s high-trust, day-to-day admin partner.
Key Duties
- Track contract milestones, invoices, change orders, complete forms in Airtable/HubSpot (or equivalent).
- Schedule crews, subs and client checkpoints; maintain shared calendars & travel.
- Prepare basic purchase orders, NDAs, insurance certificates and RFI cover sheets.
- Run quick-turn tasks for the CEO (e-filings, vendor onboarding, meeting decks, HR email set-ups).
- Keep digital project folders audit-ready; push weekly summary dashboards to leadership.
Ideal Profile
- 2–4 yrs admin / project-coordination in construction, renewables or federal contracting.
- Excel intermediate / Google Sheets power user; comfortable inside CRMs & e-signature tools.
- Self-starter, razor-accurate, excellent written etiquette.
- Palm Beach county, Florida based
- Eligible to work in the U.S.; overlaps with Eastern Time.
