About the role
At Inspectorio, the Solutions Consulting team plays a key role in driving annual recurring revenue growth by providing business and technical expertise throughout the customer lifecycle - from discovery to full-scale implementation.
As a Principal Customer Success Solutions Consultant, you will own the entire implementation process, ensuring a seamless transition for Inspectorio clients, primarily in the retail and apparel industry. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining deep industry knowledge with expertise in Inspectorio’s platform to guide clients through every phase of implementation.
What you'll do
End-to-End Implementation and Advisory
- Own the entire implementation lifecycle, from discovery and solution design to deployment, adoption, and post-implementation success.
- Clearly articulate the implementation process, ensuring clients understand the steps, milestones, and expected business impact.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks in projects, implementing structured risk management strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement in implementation efficiency and scalability, ensuring repeatable, high-quality delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging deep expertise in Inspectorio’s platform, industry trends, and best practices.
- Develop and execute client engagement strategies, providing deep process and functionality consulting to ensure successful solution adoption. Advise clients on industry best practices, identify opportunities for deeper collaboration, and proactively recommend additional services to maximize value.
- Manage multiple implementation projects independently and ensuring timely delivery
Technical Expertise & Innovation
- Lead complex implementations and solution designs, ensuring seamless integration into client operations.
- Develop and deliver high-impact demos, presentations, workshops, and executive briefings, translating technical capabilities into business value.
- Produce in-depth technical documentation and serve as a subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and guidance on platform innovations, integrating client feedback into product evolution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Thought Leadership
- Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Management and Engineering teams to align solutions with client needs and business objectives.
- Lead in designing complex technical requirements in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering Teams.
- Guide internal teams on industry trends and competitive insights, ensuring continuous adaptation to market needs.
- Actively contribute to knowledge sharing, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Solutions Consulting within a B2B SaaS environment, specializing in managing end-to-end implementations and integrations.
- Strong expertise in digital technology, including API integration, SFTP integration, and automation tools.
- Proven ability to translate complex business processes into clear, actionable steps using flowcharts or process maps.
- Experience in working alongside Product teams and staying informed on product developments, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate business problems, identify key requirements, and propose effective solutions.
- Experience in establishing and growing relationships with senior-level stakeholders (Directors, VPs, SVPs, etc.).
- Strong track record in consulting, implementation management, and client engagement.
- Proven experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Comfortable owning and managing monthly and quarterly objectives and quotas.
- Highly autonomous, with the ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal oversight.
- Experience working in remote, distributed teams, managing projects independently while ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
- Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering both in-person and virtual presentations.
- Experience in fashion/apparel sourcing or supply chain management is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
