About the role

  • We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented junior Traceability Data Analyst to join our Customer Success team. This is a hands-on, ground-level role at the intersection of data operations, supplier engagement, and AI validation — ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build deep expertise in supply chain traceability within the consumer goods industry.
  • You will play a critical role in unblocking traceability implementations by chasing down data gaps, engaging directly with suppliers, and ensuring data accuracy across our platform. You'll also work closely with our Data Science team to help test and improve AI models in real-world conditions, and support our Center of Excellence (COE) as it navigates an evolving global regulatory landscape.

What you'll do
Data Operations & Supplier Engagement

  • Follow up with consumer goods suppliers to resolve data gaps, inconsistencies, and missing traceability information blocking implementation progress
  • Map data flows across supply chain tiers and identify where breakdowns occur
  • Review, validate, and correct incoming supplier data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain clear records of data issues, resolutions, and supplier communications

AI Testing & Customer Success Support

  • Support the Data Science team in testing AI/ML model outputs against real traceability data
  • Identify where and why the AI gets things wrong, and document patterns to inform model improvements
  • Help Customer Success Managers monitor client progress, flag anomalies, and explain discrepancies to customers in plain language

Regulatory Interest & COE Support

  • Contribute to ground-level research on international traceability and product transparency regulations relevant to consumer goods (e.g. EUDR, CSRD, country-of-origin requirements)
  • Assist in drafting operating procedures, configuration guides, and data collection frameworks as regulatory requirements evolve
  • Bring genuine curiosity to understanding how incoming regulations will shape what data brands and suppliers need to collect — and help translate that into practical guidance

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, supply chain, quality assurance, or a related field — fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with incomplete real-world data
  • Clear communicator — able to engage professionally with suppliers and explain issues simply to non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage given our supplier base
  • Genuine interest in how global regulations around product traceability and supply chain transparency are evolving — you don't need to be an expert, but you should want to become one
  • Background or coursework in supply chain, sustainability, international trade, or consumer goods is a plus
