Who We Need:

Inspektlabs is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist (1.5-3 year work of relevant work experience) who is eager to make an impact. This role is ideal for someone who is not just looking for a job, but an opportunity to grow and make a significant contribution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate with the UI/UX designer and content writer to develop engaging and effective marketing materials.
• Drive LinkedIn activities, expanding our network and engagement to reach new markets and audiences.
• Manage and optimize SEO efforts to enhance organic reach.
• Develop and oversee the production of podcasts and newsletters, creating content that resonates with our target audience.
• Generate compelling content to support Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in lead generation and conversion.
• Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, tailored for different geographies.
• Automate and map user journeys through the sales funnel to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and marketing metrics.

Required:

• Proven experience in content creation and SEO management
• Demonstrated ability in managing and executing LinkedIn strategies and other social media platforms.
• Experience in conceptualizing and producing podcasts and newsletters.
• Ability to work collaboratively with UI/UX designers, content writers, and other team members.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and the ability to report on key marketing metrics.
• Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and the ability to own these numbers.
