Job Description:

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our dynamic team and work closely with the founder on diverse initiatives. This role combines customer success, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership, offering a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on our growth.

Responsibilities:

• Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Lead and contribute to high-impact projects across teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely execution.
• Client Success and Growth: Manage key client engagements, identifying opportunities to cross-sell products and deepen client relationships.
• Operational Excellence: Spearhead the revamp of internal processes, such as testing and support, to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Data Analysis: Use advanced Excel skills to analyze data, generate insights, and track project performance effectively.
• Strategic Initiatives: Drive strategic projects to align with company goals, adapting to new challenges and opportunities.
• Team Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with the founder and team members, bringing a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in startups, consulting, or program/project management roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data visualization, and analysis.
• Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, with experience in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Client-Focused Approach: Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Innovative Thinking: Eager to challenge the status quo, take ownership of new initiatives, and contribute to organizational growth.
• Team Player: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic, and fast-evolving environment.
