About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and enhance our presence in Portugal, where we already have an active customer base. The role with begin as part-time and would transition to full-time (depending on performance)
This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience in B2B SaaS sales or the Insurance/Automotive sectors, who are ready to play a pivotal role in our expansion across Europe.
As a BD Manager, you’ll take ownership of sales targets, build strategic relationships, and identify new opportunities in a dynamic and fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets within the assigned territory and accounts.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify and nurture new business opportunities to expand our reach across Europe.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and support cross-functional alignment.
- Provide market insights to inform business strategy and identify growth areas.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales role (e.g., Sales Executive, Sales Manager) within B2B SaaS, Insurance, or Automotive industries.
- Strong track record of articulating the value of complex products and services to enterprise customers.
- Language proficiency:
- Portuguese (mandatory)
- English (mandatory)
- Spanish (nice-to-have)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Based in Portugal, with willingness to travel across Europe for customer visits.
