About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to bring structure, quality discipline, and execution rigor to a growing operations team of ~40 people working on data labeling to train ML/AI models. This role is critical to ensuring consistent output quality, strong processes, and smooth day-to-day execution as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, document, and enforce SOPs, QA processes, and escalation flows.

• Track and improve quality metrics, productivity, and SLA adherence.

• Coach and manage team leads and supervisors.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.

• Build weekly/monthly dashboards for output, quality, and capacity.

• Ensure attendance discipline, shift planning, and workload balancing.

• Act as the final point of escalation for operational issues.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–8 years of experience in operations / delivery / BPO / tech ops.

• Experience managing 20–60+ people directly or indirectly.

• Strong in process thinking and execution, not just people management • Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

• Data-driven mindset with strong metrics and reporting skills.

• Hands-on, low-ego, execution-first personality.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, AI/ML operations, or human-in-the-loop workflows

• Exposure to quality audits or compliance-driven environments
