About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager who has owned and evolved customer-facing applications and can deeply understand user journeys end-to-end. This role focuses on improving customer success, conversion, and engagement by continuously refining the app experience using data, experimentation, and user insights.
You will work closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify friction points, redesign flows, and measure impact through well-defined metrics. This is a product ownership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Product & Customer Journey Ownership – Own the end-to-end customer journey across onboarding, activation, usage, and success
- Identify drop-offs, friction points, and failure states in user flows
- Redesign app journeys to improve success rate, conversion, and retention
- Define clear product requirements and success criteria for each improvement
- Metrics, Analytics & Experimentation – Define and track customer journey metrics including activation, conversion, retention, and churn
- Set up and maintain dashboards to monitor product health
- Use data to prioritise product decisions and validate outcomes
- Run experiments such as A/B tests and feature rollouts to optimise user experience
- Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with design and engineering to ship high-quality features
- Translate insights into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Balance speed, quality, and impact while iterating on live products
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to incorporate real user feedback
What We’re Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience as a Product Manager on a customer-facing app (B2B or B2C)
- Strong experience improving user journeys, funnels, and conversion
- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools
- Data-driven mindset with ability to link product changes to business outcomes•
- Strong understanding of UX, user behaviour, and experimentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with growth, activation, or onboarding optimisation
- Exposure to B2B SaaS or workflow-heavy products
- Experience working in fast-moving or early-stage environments
- Familiarity with customer success or post-sales product journeys
