We are currently looking for a Senior SEO Executive to help scale organic growth globally.

Role Overview

This is not a task-execution role.

You will own SEO end-to-end, from strategy to execution, and build a scalable organic growth engine that drives high-intent traffic and qualified MQLs across international markets.

You will work directly with the Growth Marketing Manager and Founder to make SEO a predictable acquisition channel.

What You’ll Own

1.⁠ ⁠SEO Strategy & Roadmap

•⁠ ⁠Build and execute a comprehensive SEO roadmap aligned with business goals

•⁠ ⁠Identify high-intent keywords across the funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)

•⁠ ⁠Develop international SEO strategies for UK/EU (primary focus), US & APAC

•⁠ ⁠Conduct competitive gap analysis and identify scalable growth opportunities

•⁠ ⁠Prioritize initiatives based on traffic potential and MQL impact

2.⁠ ⁠Technical SEO Leadership

•⁠ ⁠Conduct regular technical audits (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema)

•⁠ ⁠Improve site architecture and internal linking structure

•⁠ ⁠Manage international SEO elements (hreflang, regional targeting, localization)

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with developers to implement technical fixes

•⁠ ⁠Ensure scalability as content volume grows

3.⁠ ⁠Link Building & Authority Growth

•⁠ ⁠Develop a structured backlink acquisition strategy

•⁠ ⁠Build high-quality links through digital PR, partnerships, and outreach

•⁠ ⁠Identify and reclaim unlinked brand mentions

•⁠ ⁠Establish topical authority in AI-driven vehicle inspection space

4.⁠ ⁠Team & Process Building

•⁠ ⁠Transition SEO from outsourced model to in-house leadership

•⁠ ⁠Build SOPs and scalable content workflows

•⁠ ⁠Eventually mentor and manage junior SEO resources

•⁠ ⁠Identify automation and programmatic SEO opportunities

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

•⁠ ⁠5+ years of hands-on SEO experience in a SaaS environment

•⁠ ⁠Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and MQLs

•⁠ ⁠Experience owning SEO end-to-end

•⁠ ⁠Strong technical SEO understanding

•⁠ ⁠Experience managing or mentoring a team

•⁠ ⁠Deep familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4)

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of international SEO

Good-to-Have

•⁠ ⁠Experience in AI, automotive, insurance, or B2B enterprise SaaS

•⁠ ⁠Exposure to programmatic SEO strategies

•⁠ ⁠Experience targeting UK/EU or US markets
