We're scaling aggressively across global markets and need a Senior Lead Generation Specialist who can operate with the precision, ownership, and strategic thinking this growth demands.

The Role

This is a high-ownership, senior individual contributor role for someone who has mastered the craft of B2B outbound lead generation — not just the mechanics, but the strategy. You will own the full top-of-funnel pipeline for Inspektlabs across global markets including North America, Europe, Middle East & Africa, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America.

You'll be expected to define the right accounts, craft the right messaging for each vertical and region, build and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns, and consistently deliver qualified meetings to the sales team. The geographic scope of your work will be shaped by your strengths, experience, and the markets where you can create the most impact.

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • 4–7 years of B2B outbound lead generation or SDR/BDR experience, with at least 2–3 years operating independently at a senior level
  • Demonstrated, verifiable track record of consistently hitting or exceeding qualified meeting and pipeline targets — you must be able to speak to specific numbers
  • Prior experience generating leads in at least one of: InsurTech, Autotech, Fleet Tech, FinTech, or enterprise SaaS with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Proven ability to engage C-suite and VP-level decision-makers in large enterprises across at least two of the target regions (North America, Europe, MEA, APAC, LatAm)
  • Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io or ZoomInfo
  • Strong written English — crisp, professional, and persuasive across cold outreach formats

Strong Preferences

  • Prior experience generating leads from motor/general insurers, fleet operators, car rental/leasing companies, OEMs, or used car/remarketing platforms
  • Familiarity with email sequencing tools such as Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, or equivalents
  • Experience building an outbound sales tech stack from scratch or near-scratch
  • Comfort working in a lean, early-stage environment where you define the process, not just follow it
  • Multi-regional outreach experience — understanding how buyer behaviour, communication style, and sales cycles differ across geographies
