About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who lives and breathes outbound pipeline generation. This is not a role for someone who waits for inbound leads or relies on marketing to fill their calendar. You'll own the full top-of-funnel motion — identifying the right accounts, opening doors with decision-makers, and consistently booking qualified meetings that convert into revenue.
If you've spent the last few years building outbound pipelines in B2B SaaS, know your metrics cold, and can book meetings without a playbook handed to you — this role was written for you.
What You'll Own
- Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified meetings through outbound channels — LinkedIn, cold email, cold calling, and event follow-up
- Identify and prioritize target accounts based on ICP fit, timing signals, and market triggers
- Reach and engage senior decision-makers (C-suite, VPs, Heads of Operations) at mid-market and enterprise companies
- Own your numbers — meetings booked, pipeline created, conversion rates — and report on them weekly
- Collaborate with the founders and sales leadership to refine messaging, ICP targeting, and outbound strategy
What We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of outbound-focused business development or SDR experience in B2B SaaS
- A proven track record of consistently booking 5–10+ qualified meetings per month through outbound efforts — you should be able to cite your numbers from memory
- Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market buyers, particularly VP and C-level stakeholders
- Strong LinkedIn outreach skills — you know how to start a conversation that leads to a meeting, not just a connection request
- Experience with cold calling and the ability to handle objections without folding
- Self-directed and structured — you build your own target lists, manage your own cadences, and don't need to be told to follow up
- Familiarity with outbound tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, HubSpot, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication — concise, direct, and persuasive without being pushy
- Comfortable working across time zones given our global client base
