At Inspektlabs, we're building AI-powered visual inspection solutions for the automotive, insurance, and industrial sectors. As we continue to grow globally, we're looking for a Senior Growth Manager to build and scale our growth engine.

This isn't a role where you'll inherit a large marketing team or a fully established marketing machine. Instead, you'll have the opportunity to *build it from the ground up*. You'll work alongside a talented SEO Specialist, collaborate closely with our CEO and VP of Sales, and have the autonomy to experiment, execute, and drive measurable business impact.

What You'll Own

•⁠ ⁠Develop and execute our demand generation strategy across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, and other channels.

•⁠ ⁠Build thought leadership through webinars, industry partnerships, events, and high-value content.

•⁠ ⁠Define and lead our content strategy to generate awareness and qualified pipeline.

•⁠ ⁠Own marketing analytics, attribution, funnel performance, and reporting.

•⁠ ⁠Optimize website conversion through landing pages, CRO, and demo booking flows.

•⁠ ⁠Partner closely with the VP of Sales to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.

What We're Looking For

•⁠ ⁠3–6 years of experience in B2B Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Performance Marketing, preferably in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment.

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience running paid campaigns (LinkedIn & Google), email nurture programs, marketing automation, and attribution.

•⁠ ⁠A builder's mindset—you enjoy creating systems rather than simply managing existing ones.

•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

•⁠ ⁠Bonus if you've marketed to enterprise, industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or insurance customers.
