The RoleWe're looking for our first Sales Development Representative to help build the foundation of our outbound sales engine. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape how we identify, engage, and qualify prospects at a fast-growing e-commerce SaaS company.As an SDR at Intelligems, you'll own cold outbound prospecting while also helping qualify inbound leads. You'll be the first point of contact for many future customers—Shopify merchants looking to optimize their business through onsite experimentation and personalization. Our values and more about us can be found here: https://intelligems.io/aboutus.What You'll DoBuild and execute outbound campaigns targeting e-commerce brands and Shopify merchants through cold email, cold calling, social outreach, in person events and more.Research and identify high-potential prospects, understanding their business challenges and how Intelligems can helpQualify inbound leads by understanding prospect needs and determining fit with our solutionsBook qualified meetings for our Account Executives and ensure smooth handoffsIterate and improve our outbound playbook—testing messaging, sequences, and targeting approachesMaintain meticulous CRM hygiene in HubSpot, tracking all activities and pipeline progressCollaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to share prospect insights and refine our go-to-market approachWho You AreYou bring a strong work ethic and genuine care for the people around you—both customers and teammates. Ideal candidates will be able and willing to work in the New York office 2-3 days a week. While this is not required, it's preferred. Relocation is available in some cases.
