The RoleWe are seeking a Manager of Agency Partnerships to scale Intelligems’ agency partner program. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, this role will focus on growing partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through ecommerce and Shopify-focused agencies.Partnerships already represent ~30% of Intelligems revenue, with over 400 signed agency partners. This role will focus on strengthening and scaling this motion by recruiting and enabling the right agencies, deepening high-impact relationships, and building repeatable processes that drive consistent revenue.This is a hands-on role for someone who has direct experience working with Shopify / ecommerce agencies and wants to take meaningful ownership over a core growth channel in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn a portfolio of Shopify agency partners, with responsibility for recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and growing revenue through partners.Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue in close collaboration with Sales and Success.Expand the agency partner ecosystem beyond CRO agencies by identifying, recruiting, and enabling new partner profiles (paid mean, design and development, etc.) where Intelligems can drive clear value.Improve and scale partner onboarding and enablement to increase activation, deal quality, and repeatable referrals.Build and run partner programs, including tiers, incentives, certifications, and co-marketing initiatives.Establish clear operating rhythms for agencies (onboarding flows, enablement cadences, regular check-ins, QBRs).Use data to prioritize agencies, identify opportunities, and track performance across pipeline, revenue, and activation.Manage, mentor, and support members of the agency partnerships team, helping them prioritize effectively and grow in their roles.Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Success, and Product to improve partner experience and outcomes.Qualifications5+ years of experience working in the Shopify ecosystem, with deep exposure to ecommerce agencies (e.g., at a Shopify-focused SaaS or similar).Direct experience owning agency partnerships, including recruiting, onboarding, and growing revenue through partners.Demonstrated ability to drive partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.Comfortable building and running repeatable processes across partner onboarding, enablement, and referrals.1-2+ years experience managing or mentoring others in a client-facing, partnerships, or revenue role.Excellent relationship builder with strong written and verbal communication skills.Data-oriented approach to prioritization and performance tracking.Familiarity with common GTM and partner tools (e.g., HubSpot, PRMs, affiliate platforms, reporting tools).Culture & ValuesAs a customer-first, product-oriented company, our success is driven by the caliber of people on the team.
