About the Role: We're hiring a Strategic Finance Associate to join Intelligems' finance function — and help build it. This is the second finance hire, working alongside the Head of Strategic Finance and touching monthly close, board prep, and the data infrastructure powering decisions. You will own recurring finance operations and core analytical workflows, growing into deeper work defining performance metrics and shaping company strategy. What You'll Do: Serve as the company's data backbone; maintain consistency across metrics; participate in defining new metrics and data sources; develop fluency in Snowflake/dbt/Tableau; conduct strategic analysis and partner with GTM teams; own recurring finance operations (monthly close, financial packages, commissions, board deck financials); build leverage through AI (evaluate and implement AI tools and agents, ensure data quality for AI systems, automate workflows). Who You Are: Strong Excel skills and analytical rigor; curious about data systems; detail-oriented and reliable; low ego, high ownership. Backgrounds We're Excited About: 2–5 years in finance (IB, PE, FP&A, corporate finance, Big 4, consulting, or startup finance); SaaS metrics familiarity; exposure to SQL/Tableau/modern data tools; comfortable with ambiguity.
