As a Solutions Engineer at Intelligems, you’ll own the technical relationship with our customers from the first conversation through expansion. You'll work alongside Sales to remove technical barriers, alongside Onboarding to ensure what we sell is what we implement, and alongside Customer Success to unlock expansion opportunities. Intelligems operates in a technically complex environment — Shopify storefronts, headless architectures, custom integrations, dynamic pricing logic — and you're the person who closes the gap between what's possible and what's possible for them. Key Responsibilities: Own the technical pre-sale motion; drive technical expansion post-sale. What You Bring: Commercial instincts, technical depth (APIs, JavaScript implementations, Shopify architecture, data pipelines), customer presence. Qualifications: 3+ years in Solutions/Sales Engineering or similar customer-facing technical role; B2B SaaS experience; lifecycle collaboration; Shopify familiarity; nice to haves include A/B testing, pricing tools, personalization platforms, headless commerce; startup experience; preference for Pacific or Mountain time zone.
