Job Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Account to expand our customer base. You’ll generate leads, build relationships with aircraft fleet owners/operators, and promote our IoT and AI-powered solutions. This is an opportunity to shape the growth of an innovative company and transform how aircraft data is managed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, social selling, fair attendance, focusing on aviation.
- Client Engagement: Present our IoT and AI solutions, addressing specific needs in aircraft data management and efficiency.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline, schedule and run meetings.
- CRM Management: Use CRM tools to log interactions, track activities, and manage follow-ups, ensuring a well-organized pipeline.
- Product Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of our products, stay updated on industry trends.
- Team Collaboration: Share customer insights with marketing and product teams to refine strategies and messaging.
Qualifications:
- B2B Sales Experience: Proven success in SaaS, IoT, or AI sales; aviation knowledge is a plus.
- Motivated Self-Starter: Proactive and driven to meet/exceed goals and pursue new opportunities.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written skills to simplify and convey complex solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and IoT/AI concepts.
- Adaptable Learner: Eager to embrace new technologies and thrive in a fast-paced startup.
- Resilient & Solution-Oriented: Positive attitude with a focus on overcoming challenges.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a bonus.
- Aviation Knowledge: Preferred but not required.

Location:
