As we continue expanding internationally, we’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Specialist to help drive our next stage of growth.
The Role
This is not a traditional BDR role.
You’ll own the full commercial cycle — from prospecting and outreach to demos, negotiations, closing, and long-term relationship management.
You’ll work directly with aviation operators, flight schools, CAMO and maintenance organizations across international markets, while helping shape the scale of a fast-moving aviation technology company.

What You’ll Do
- Generate and develop new business opportunities across global aviation markets
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing
- Build long-term relationships with aviation professionals and decision-makers
- Represent Intuos at leading international aviation events and trade fairs
- Work closely with leadership to support commercial expansion
- Manage pipeline activity using HubSpot and modern sales tools

We’d love to see:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or business development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience generating leads and managing sales pipelines
- Confidence working independently in a fast-moving environment
- Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline using HubSpot and modern AI-supported sales tools.
- Interest or experience in aviation, aerospace, or operational technology
- Fluent English (C2 or mother tongue) for international communication
- Knowledge of French and/or another language is a plus
