InvitedHome is seeking a Relationship Manager – Travel Agent Partnerships to lead outbound outreach, cultivate strategic partnerships, and grow revenue through the travel advisor community.

This is a proactive, business-development-focused role based in Boulder, Colorado. The ideal candidate is energized by cold calling, skilled at opening doors, and excels at nurturing long-term professional relationships.

You will introduce InvitedHome’s portfolio to travel agents, position our homes as a premium alternative to traditional luxury hotels and resorts, and develop repeat referral pipelines over time.

This role blends sales strategy, persistence, hospitality knowledge, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Business Development

  • Identify and research high-potential luxury travel advisors and agencies
  • Execute high-volume, strategic cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Confidently introduce InvitedHome’s brand, portfolio, and value proposition
  • Schedule introductory calls, virtual presentations, and in-person meetings
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up cadence and pipeline management

Relationship Cultivation

  • Build trust-based, long-term relationships with travel advisors
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for agent inquiries and bookings
  • Educate agents on destinations, homes, amenities, and seasonal opportunities
  • Provide customized recommendations to support their client needs
  • Develop loyalty and repeat booking behavior within assigned account
  • Own and grow a portfolio of travel agent accounts
  • Track outreach, engagement, and conversion metrics
  • Represent InvitedHome at select industry events and networking opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Confident, articulate, and polished in communication
  • Motivated by performance goals and revenue growth
  • Relationship-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Organized and disciplined with CRM usage
  • Passionate about luxury travel and mountain destinations

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in sales, business development, hospitality, or travel industry roles
  • Proven track record of outbound lead generation and relationship growth
  • Experience working with luxury travel advisors or hospitality brands preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage a pipeline and work independently
  • Based in or ability for an easy commute to Boulder, Colorado
