We’re looking for an exceptional Founding Engineer to join us at a pivotal moment. We’ve just closed our funding round, our user base is growing fast (we’ve outgrown our MVP on Bubble), and we’re ready to rebuild everything- properly.

This is a ground-up build. You’ll shape the architecture, own the technical direction, and help define what great looks like in our product. We’re building agentic AI workflows to surface hidden talent, and your work will directly help women return to the workforce with confidence.

You’ll be joining a small, mission-driven, high-ownership team working out of Balderton’s Launched office in King’s Cross (but we're open to remote).

What You’ll Do

• Build the future of our platform from scratch—this is greenfield work
• Architect, ship, and scale high-quality software using modern tech
• Implement and experiment with agentic AI workflows (Langchain or similar)
• Collaborate closely with the co-founders and help shape the tech culture
• Contribute to a product that’s making a real-world impact at scale
