ABOUT IVEE
ivee trains non-technical teams to actually use AI, not just sit through a session about it. Our clients include Lucky Saint, Red Bull, and Virgin Media. We're the UK Government's primary AI upskilling events partner and we recently raised a $1M seed round backed by Techstars, with angels from Balderton, Microsoft AI, and Steven Bartlett.
THE ROLE
We've got 10,000 warm leads. These aren't cold prospects, they're people who've already said they want to know more about AI education. Your job is to call them, have a proper conversation, and help them figure out if one of our programmes is right for them.
If you've worked in college admissions or student enrolment, you'll recognise the dynamic immediately. It's the same instinct, just a more interesting product.
This kicks off with a two-week paid trial. We care about fit as much as output. If both stack up, there's a much bigger role on the other side of it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Work through a warm lead list via high-volume phone conversations. Listen carefully, handle objections without it feeling like a sales call, and guide people toward a decision that genuinely suits them. Feed back what you're hearing to the team as well. What questions keep coming up, what's landing, what's giving people pause.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Someone who's worked in admissions, student services, or enrollment and knows how to have a conversation that feels human rather than transactional. You're comfortable with volume. You close well, but not by pushing.
You should also be using AI regularly yourself. Not because we'll test you on it, but because you'll be selling it. You need to actually believe in what this is.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Good conversion numbers, yes. But also this: leads who don't enrol still come away thinking well of ivee. That matters to us as much as the close rate.
