Community Management Intern

Opportunity to extend into a full-time role at ivee.

3 months (opportunity to extend) - 4 days per week - Hybrid - Shoreditch, London

About ivee

ivee is an AI upskilling and consulting startup based in Shoreditch, we exist to help non-technical teams actually adopt AI. Our north star is simple: no one should get left behind as AI changes the way we work.

Our clients include Lucky Saint, Red Bull, and Virgin Media. We've been named the UK Government's primary AI upskilling events partner and have trained over 1,000 teams. We recently closed a $1M seed round backed by Steven Bartlett and partners at Microsoft AI, Balderton Capital, and Dawn Capital.

We're led by cofounders Amelia Miller (Cambridge Fellow) and Lydia Miller (ex-Deloitte Ventures), both recently named Forbes 30 Under 30 for ivee's social impact mission.

We move quickly, trust early, and back the people who deliver. This role is for someone who genuinely loves connecting with people, takes pride in making others feel heard, and wants to be part of a community that's growing fast.

The role

You'll be the frontline of the ivee community, the person who keeps our inbox running smoothly and our clients and attendees feeling looked after. You'll work across community management, customer service, and events support!

  • Own the community inbox, responding to email enquiries with warmth, speed, and consistency
  • Answering LinkedIn comments, and DM's across social media channels
  • Assisting with copy-writing on-brand captions
  • Handle customer service queries end-to-end: resolving issues, tracking outcomes, and escalating commercial or sensitive enquiries appropriately
  • Support the planning and delivery of ivee events, from ideas to logistics coordination and on-the-day attendee experience
  • Act as a key touchpoint for client communications, ensuring every interaction reflects the ivee standard
  • Spot opportunities within conversations, a client ready to upgrade or a community member ready to refer, and flag them to the wider team

What we're looking for

  • A natural communicator, warm, professional, and able to adapt your tone depending on who you're speaking to
  • Customer service instincts: calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and always thinking about the person on the other end
  • Strong written English, clear, engaging, and on-brand
  • Events awareness, comfortable supporting logistics, client-facing moments, and the energy of a live room
  • Good judgement about when to act independently and when to loop someone in
  • Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter

Preferred experience

Customer service or inbox management · Community building · Event coordination or support · Client-facing communication · Copywriting · AI tools

Where this can go

Strong performance over the 3 months will lead to having a clear path into a full-time role at ivee, and the opportunity to specialise in the direction that suits them.

We're operating in one of the fastest-moving categories in the world, AI transformation for the enterprise, and this is a once-in-a-career opportunity to learn at one of London's fastest-growing startups, right at the inflection point.
