Who we are

ivee is an AI upskilling and consulting startup based in Shoreditch. We exist to help non-technical teams actually adopt AI. Our north star is simple: no-one should get left behind as AI changes the way we work.

Our EPIC clients include Lucky Saint, Red Bull, and Virgin Media. We're a young and hungry startup, but have already been named the UK Government's primary AI upskilling events partner and have trained over 1,000 teams. We recently closed a $1M seed round backed by Steven Bartlett and partners at Microsoft AI, Balderton Capital, and Dawn Capital.

We move quickly, have high ownership, and are led by cofounders Amelia Miller (Cambridge Fellow) and Lydia Miller (ex-Deloitte Ventures) - both recently named Forbes 30 Under 30 for ivee's social impact mission.

What you'll do

As our Technical Project Manager, you'll own the delivery of ivee's client projects from scoping to sign-off. You'll be the connective tissue between our clients, our trainers, and our consultant network - the person who makes sure we always deliver what we promise, on time and to a high standard.

ivee runs two types of client engagement, and you'll lead across both:

1) AI training

Scope projects alongside the sales team, then liaise with ivee trainers to deliver. This spans everything from a one-off C-suite strategy day to a bespoke programme for 10,000 employees. Contracts range from £1,000 to £200,000.

2) AI consultant deployment

Understand what AI automation a client wants to build, scope and price the work, source the right ivee consultants, then oversee delivery. You're part technical architect, part project manager - and you need to be comfortable in both seats.

Day to day

• Scope AI training and AI consulting projects with clients and the ivee sales team
• Build and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines across multiple simultaneous engagements
• Source and brief ivee trainers and consultants for each project
• Be the primary client point of contact throughout delivery
• For AI consulting projects: evaluate technical requirements, define solution architecture at a high level, and price the engagement accurately
• Track project progress against scope and flag risks early
• Run delivery retrospectives and feed learnings back into how we operate
• Help build the playbooks and processes that will scale this function as ivee grows

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of project management experience at an AI or technology consultancy
• Proven ability to scope, price, and deliver complex technical projects
• Technical fluency - you understand AI automation concepts and can hold your own in a conversation about architecture and build approach
• Comfortable in client-facing settings: you build trust fast and communicate clearly under pressure
• High energy - you bring momentum to every project you touch
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once without dropping the ball
• Sharp commercial instincts - you understand how project scope and profitability connect
• Genuinely excited about AI and its potential to transform the way people work
