Closing the AI adoption gap

ivee is an AI training and automations startup based in Shoreditch. We exist to help non-technical teams actually adopt AI. Our north star is simple: no-one should get left behind as AI changes the way we work.

We were recently called the "hottest startup in London" by Sifted. Our clients include Lucky Saint and Red Bull. We've been named the UK Government's primary AI upskilling events partner and have trained over 1,000 teams. We recently closed a $1M seed round backed by Steven Bartlett and partners at Microsoft AI, Balderton Capital, and Dawn Capital.

We move FAST and have high ownership. You must be able to do the same.

AI Training Lead

This is the person who stands at the front of the room - or the screen - and makes AI click for people.

You'll run ivee's training programmes: taking participants from "I don't really use AI" to genuinely capable, confident, and building with it. You'll host sessions, shape content, and move fast to respond to what's working and what's not. When a topic gets hot, you'll have a programme ready. When something isn't landing, you'll cut it.

You will work with us on short courses, one-off sessions, longer-term delivery projects, and in-person strategy days. You'll need real depth - in AI tools, in how people learn, and in what organisations actually need from AI right now. Our mission is to teach AI to as many people as possible. That means we understand that all of these skills and tools can be taught. As a result, what matters above your technical ability is your content delivery. THAT'S the bit we can't teach.

What you'll own at ivee

Teach what you know, in the format that works

You'll deliver ivee's training programmes - the Core AI Programme, Claude Cowork Programme, and more, to both individuals and enterprise clients. This includes managing programme administration: registrations, feedback, follow-up emails, content iteration.

You'll be responsible for building new training programmes and one-off sessions from scratch - based on what's in demand, what participants are asking for, and what's emerging in the AI landscape. You'll also create recorded educational content in collaboration with our Social Media Manager, Abbie.

You must be ruthless about what's not working. If a programme isn't resonating, you'll flag it and help kill it fast.

What we need from you

• Confident, engaging facilitator - you hold a room, you make complex things simple, and people leave your sessions fired up
• Teaching, training, or coaching experience, formal or informal, accredited or self-built
• Genuine on-camera presence: human energy, not corporate polish
• Ability to structure and write your own content without waiting for a brief
• Fast. When something drops in your space, you're ready to teach it within days

What Success Looks Like

• Participants leave your sessions with their work genuinely transformed
• New programmes go from idea to live fast: you spot a gap, build the content, and get it in front of people
• The programme calendar runs smoothly: registrations, follow-ups, and feedback loops handled without things falling through the cracks
• ivee's educational content (live and recorded) is something people share, rewatch, and come back to
