We install RGB cameras and edge computers in the waste bunker/recycling facility. 1) Our AI-powered computer vision software is able to detect oversized/dangerous waste items and alert the operator before they are loaded into the hoppers. We provide a real-time calorific value map of the waste bunker for improving mixing operations. Additionally, we develop a control logic for crane automation. 2) Integrated system ensures that shipped material (e.g. bales of PET) is of the proper quality.
