We're seeking a seasoned Chief Creative Officer with over ten years of experience in the technology and entertainment industries. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll drive the vision and execution of our creative strategy, ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed the expectations of our clients and consumers worldwide.


  • Define and execute best-in-class standards and practices to achieve enterprise-level business capabilities and results for our global clients.
  • Maintain a 30,000ft. perspective of multiple products while owning tactical and strategic responsibilities for each, guiding the transition into branded suite offerings.
  • Elevate and define the overall parent Jogg brand and associated child brands, ensuring each has a unique personality aligned with our family of products.
  • Deep understanding of the entertainment industry and its unique relationship with technology, driving innovation at the intersection of both.
  • Lead diverse marketing campaigns, balancing engineered and purchased strategies to ensure success across the spectrum.
  • Navigate the complexities of B2B2C technology products, surpassing stakeholder expectations while maintaining alignment with market trends and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the team to map out product roadmaps years into the future, iterating relentlessly to maintain alignment with client, consumer, and market needs.
  • Solve difficult problems and drive innovative solutions, challenging the status quo to make breakthrough innovations possible.
  • Mentor and elevate the Design Team, fostering growth from both a creative and business perspective
  • Collaborate closely with development teams, emphasizing efficient design translation using tools like Figma and Tailwind CSS.
  • Develop accessible, developer-friendly design systems and wireframes with acute attention to brand consistency and visual details.
  • Ensure designs achieve flawlessness before launch, maintaining a perfectionist's mindset on quality.
  • Facilitate alignment across all departments through regular reporting and presentations, educating the team on industry trends and standards.
  • Conduct user research to develop customer empathy and actionable designs.
  • Provide cross-functional team leadership and partner with other departments to build ongoing strategy and propose new ideas.
  • Represent the company as an executive in conversations and panel discussions with potential partners, clients, and the general public.


  • 7-10+ years of expertise in design, technology, innovation, and audience understanding.
  • Proven track record of collaboration and leadership in dynamic environments.
  • Strong familiarity with Figma and Tailwind CSS for design translation.
  • Passion for problem-solving and driving innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
