🎯 The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Marketing Lead who’s excited to work at the intersection of performance, experimentation, and growth.

You’ll work closely with our founders and core team to:

  • Run high-impact experiments to test new assumptions and improve conversion rates across the funnel.

  • Own and optimize key metrics like CAC, SQL/MQL, and retention.

  • Improve performance by refining targeting, messaging, funnel efficiency, and channel mix.

  • Test and expand into new customer segments and acquisition strategies — going beyond just paid search.

  • Shape lifecycle and CRM flows — using tools like Customer.io, Mixpanel, and Pipedrive — with support where needed.

  • Contribute to the messaging and content experience — but with flexibility to collaborate or bring in outside help.

We’re looking for T-shaped talent: someone with depth in performance marketing and a strong sense of how to work across adjacent areas (email, content, brand, partnerships) — not do everything alone.

🧠 You Might Be a Fit If:

  • You’ve run performance campaigns hands-on — and know how to scale what works.

  • You’re comfortable with experimentation and imperfect inputs — you want outcomes, not just plans.

  • You think data-first and can work backwards from a CAC target or ROAS goal.

  • You enjoy collaborating, learning new verticals (like real estate), and building something new with smart people.

  • You’re fluent in English and have experience working in the U.S. market or Tier 1 markets.

  • To do everything yourself — we’re open to freelancers, mentorship, or future hires.

  • To manage big teams — this is a builder’s role, not a people-management role (yet).
