We’re seeking a highly motivated Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a key role in our outreach and lead generation efforts. As a Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the Marketing and Sales teams to streamline operations and drive efficiency.
This role focuses on the planning, execution, and optimization of outbound email marketing strategies designed to generate and qualify leads, ensuring a seamless transition from marketing to sales. This role is perfect for a proactive self-starter with strong communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a data-driven approach to achieving results.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Email Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of outbound marketing campaigns targeted at generating leads. Build, segment, and maintain an up-to-date contact database to ensure effective targeting.
- Lead Management: Maintain and manage lead lists in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information. Qualify inbound leads based on predefined criteria and ensure their timely handoff to the Sales team.
- Sales Coordination: Act as a liaison between Marketing and Sales, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration. Provide Sales reps with necessary tools, information, and insights to engage with qualified leads effectively.
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks related to sales processes, such as data entry, tracking, and reporting. Ensure CRM and other sales tools are updated and functioning effectively.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 1–2 years in a sales operations, data science, or marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay)
