The Opportunity
Own the post-sale experience, transform happy customers into power users, and turn power users into champions who drive expansion. This role sits at the intersection of Customer Experience, Community, and Commercial Growth—designing programs that grow our industry leading NRR, build brand credibility, and accelerate product adoption. You’ll have a clear line of sight to the board and direct influence on ARR growth targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Scale-up pedigree: Led CS / Account Management team at a SaaS company in the $5–20 M ARR range (Series A/B).
- Growth instincts: Proven record of lifting NRR > 120 %
- Relationship architect: Executive-level communicator who turns rapport into revenue.
- Community builder: Designed programs that move beyond support into peer-to-peer advocacy.
- Data-first operator: Uses health scores, product telemetry, and CRM hygiene to prioritize action.
- Storyteller: Crafts crisp narratives that make CFOs, COOs, and Workplace leaders lean forward.
- Team leader: Hires, coaches, and levels-up CSMs, Solutions Consultants, and Community Managers.
- Values fit: Low-ego collaborator, bias for action, steward of momentum.
