The Opportunity

You’ll architect and run our global channel & alliances machine—building “sell-through” velocity with resellers and “sell-with” lift alongside strategic partners (AV, UC & smart-building). From zero-to-one programs to executive co-selling, you’ll own the full partner lifecycle and deliver outsized, capital-efficient revenue.

Core Responsibilities

  • Channel Strategy & GTM – initially craft and execute our N.American and W.European plan - covering sell-with& sell-through motions; set tiering, MDF, SPIFs, comp alignment.
  • Enablement & Readiness – deliver training, collateral, and executive briefing experiences that make partners self-sufficient and Kadence-obsessed.
  • Partner Management – own C-suite relationships with AV/UC manufacturers, smart-building vendors, and resellers; align roadmaps & co-investment.
  • Joint Solutions & Industry Plays – build packaged offers for priority verticals (tech, legal, life sciences) combining Kadence with ecosystem hardware & AI.
  • Revenue & Pipeline – hit channel ARR targets; track KPIs, surface insights, and optimize program economics.
  • Voice of Partner – feed integration gaps, pricing friction, and competitive intel back to Product & Exec team for rapid alignment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Channel rainmaker: 5-10 yrs building B2B SaaS and/or workplace-tech channels ($5-50 M ARR).
  • Operating-model fluency: deep understanding of VAR, distributor, MSP and ISV economics.
  • AI mindset: can spot where generative or predictive AI sharpens partner value props..
  • Full-stack operator: equally at ease spinning up a demo or modeling MDF ROI.
  • Global perspective: experience running programs across at least two major regions.

  • Relationships with major technology manufacturers and target partners
  • Prior success bundling software + hardware into subscription offerings for channel partners
