As Industry 4.0 is starting to gain momentum, we see a tidal wave of new rule, procedures and equipment being introduced into the workplace. This is prevalent across all industries and combined with the growing importance of sustainability, puts the modern frontline worker under massive pressure to upskill and adapt. However training has changed little and is still predominantly centred around the classroom and on the job training. We utilise the motivational potential in gamification, combined with a strong background in game design. To not only create compelling and effective training, but also reduce the cost of conducting certificate based training. Thereby scaling it to the levels required, for the frontline workers of tomorrow to meet the future.
