ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Operations Lead at Keep Company, you will be responsible for improving the company’s business operations and working with the co-founders to implement strategic objectives. We are looking for someone with the organizational skills and confidence to integrate and manage tasks across departments and hold all team members, including leadership, accountable for meeting goals. We are also looking for someone who will own and complete projects - from the tactical to the strategic - enabling the leadership team to focus on growing the business. The Operations Lead is a true right-hand to the co-founders, a swiss-army knife trusted to drive efficiencies and impact. This position is a manager, senior manager or director level role, depending on your experience level.

RESPONSIBILITIES
While the high-level focus of this role is to drive efficiencies and impact, organize ideas, communicate Keep Company’s vision and manage and delegate projects, some specific responsibilities will include the following:
● Act as a swiss army knife and force multiplier, helping the executive team define and execute the Company's priorities while also balancing short and medium term projects.
● Work directly with the co-founders to identify opportunities for supporting the co-founders and team as needed across the various roles and responsibilities of the co-founders, which may include clients, coaches, members, and partners. Internal responsibilities will span across product, legal, finance, partnerships, sales, analytics, customer success, data science, research, operations, HR, recruiting, capital markets, advisor support, competition management, thought leadership, administrative, marketing, other any other activities to support the company's short term and long term goals, culture, and vision.
● Operate at a tactical, strategic, and operational level, handling the oversight of projects that do not neatly fit within the organizational chart or that fall between departments or leadership areas of responsibility. Advise on key issues and present informed recommendations.
● Lead one-off key strategic projects as they emerge, cross-functional strategic initiatives, facilitate special projects, and ensure action items are executed.
● Promote team integration as well as cross-functional communication and collaboration.
● Support and help to drive the execution of follow-ups.
● Build a process to track and nurture key stakeholders, including advisors, investors, and clients.
● Build and run cadence for leadership meetings, advisor meetings and board meetings, including structuring the agenda and presentation and helping to deliver company-wide communication.
● Track high-priority initiatives of the co-founders to identify any potential obstacles.
● Research projects associated with potential strategic initiatives or partnerships and provide background for pitches and partnership meetings.
● Conduct all aspects of the job with appropriate level of confidentiality.
ABOUT YOU
● You have 3-6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, tech startups or similarly a demanding field. MBA preferred, but not required. Sales experience is a plus.
● You are comfortable raising questions, issues, objections and ideas at all levels of an organization.
● You have excellent communication, analytical and conceptual problem solving skills.
● You are comfortable with ambiguity, always taking the first pass at a challenge while escalating or pivoting when the need arises.
● You love analyzing information and data to make decisions more efficiently and effectively.
● You are process-obsessed and detailed-oriented with strong project management skills.
● You are proactive, hard-working and resourceful in setting the standard of excellence and pushing progress forward.
● You are comfortable wearing many hats.
● You are deeply committed to building a better working world for parents and caregivers.
● You are honest, hungry and humble.
● You are legally authorized to work in the U.S.
● Preferably, you live in the Maryland/DC/Northern Virginia area but, if not, you are comfortable working remotely with about 2-3 days of travel each month to our headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland.

● Compensation & Benefits:
○ Salary Range: $85,000-$115,000
○ Competitive equity compensation included
○ Retirement contribution and health insurance included
○ 4 weeks of PTO and paid holidays
○ Travel less than 10%
